Breathing calms me. Smoking makes my head spin, but also brings in a kind of focus and easiness. Drinking makes me grumpy. Especially whiskey. I feel energetic in the mornings, and cheerful too. I feel sleepy by early evening. Exercising makes me energetic, confident, and happy. Meditation makes me laugh. Awareness is different than thoughts. Sleep evades me. Food makes me excited. Money confuses me. I let myself be oppressed, because I want to be liked.
